*This year Camp Brick will be held at Unity Church of Nashville - 5125 Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN 37220 .
The 2020 camp fees are $225.00 per child per one week AM session and $400.00 for a full day to include PM session. If you opt to pay online there will be a $7.00 admin fee added. We realize that situations arise that may affect summer schedules. Camp Brick will be happy to work with you to change a session date up until April 15th if the space is available. We will also be happy to refund camp fees up until April 15th. Please note that a $75.00 admin fee will be assessed for ALL refunds requested. No refunds will be given after April 15th.
Your child will be considered fully enrolled with a space reserved for a 1 week Camp Brick session once the registration form has been fully completed on line and full payment has been received either by mailed check (must clear bank)or online through PayPal. Due to the limited number of spaces available per week, a spot will be reserved for your child only once the above criteria are met. Mailed checks will be deposited immediately but first must clear the bank before a space is reserved.

Campers are required to bring their own lunch or snack everyday while at camp. Since our AM sessions end at 12:30pm some campers just bring a heavy snack and eat lunch after camp. We will take a break everyday at 11am for snack/lunch. Water is always available for the campers to drink at any time while at camp.
PLEASE NOTE: due to an overwhelming amount of life threatening Peanut/Tree Nut allergies we ask that NO PEANUT BUTTER OR SNACKS WITH NUTS BE PACKED FOR YOUR CHILD.
Make sure to list ALL allergies on your registration form so that we may keep track of any other foods that may be of concern for your child. EPI Pen's may be left with Camp Brick staff for emergency purposes.
Please feel free to communicate at any time via email or phone any questions/concerns you may have up until the start date of camp. You will also be provided with a cell phone number that will be on during camp sessions for emergencies.
